Industry-Institute Interaction Committee 2025-26​

The Industry-Institution Interaction Committee has been established at SCMS Cochin School of Business to strengthen the relationship between industry and the institute. It acts as an excellent platform for both the students as well as the faculty members to be aware of industry expectations from the graduates. Industry – Institute Interaction (III) serves as a podium to showcase the best practices and expectations in industry. III promotes industry experts to continuously partake in curriculum design and career development programs which play a significant role in honing the skill set of the students inclined towards the expectation of the industry. Towards up scaling the academia in the Global knowledge index, ample industrial exposure is provided to the faculty members to enhance the Teaching Learning Process and enable the Institution to produce quality students in turn.  

Responsibilities of Industry-Institute Interaction Committee

• To promote Interaction between the academia and professional field.
• To establish links with Industry like organizing Industrial Visits, Expert talks of Industrialists, Promoting Industry Oriented Projects etc.
• To bridge the gap between Industry and the End Product of the Institute
• To provide ample opportunities to students in leading Industries for Internship programs.
• To harness opportunities to undertake research, consultancy and training.
