An Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) is constituted for addressing the grievance of the employees and students of SCMS Cochin School of Business. The committee acts as a redressal authority and attend to any internal complaints received from the employees and students of the School, there by safe guarding smooth work environment. The Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) also ensures protection against sexual harassment of women at workplace and prevention and redressal of complaints of sexual harassment.
