Started her career as Placement trainer in Focus Academy for Career Enhancement (FACE). She has an industrial experience as HR Manager in Ritver Goldstar Pvt. Ltd. and then later on switched to teaching profession with an experience of 6 years in teaching; having previously worked as an Assistant Professor at Bhagwan Mahavir University (Gujarat) for 10 months, at U.C College (Aluva) for 1.10 years, at SNGIST Group of Institutions for 10 months, at Bharat Matha Institute of Management (Cochin) for 1.6 years, and at Cochin College of Engineering for 10 months.

1. Secured 140^th Rank in the Global Poetry competition conducted by Hashtag Kalakar in the year 2023.
2. My poem was featured in ‘Glorious India’, book published by Inkdew Publication as a part of ‘Azadi Ka Amruth Mahotsav’ in 2022.
3. Won ‘Teacher Innovation Award’ presented by Arubindo Society in 2018 at the National Level.
4. Wrote a book titled, ‘Hushed Whispers’ – a collection of 20 poems which was published by Authors Press. It got released in the International Poetry Fest conducted by JKC college, Guntur on 22^nd September, 2018.
5. Successfully completed the online Certification course of NPTEL on Business Statistics with an Elite Grade in 2022.
6. Was called as the Resource person for one-week training programme in Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) at Bharata Mata School for Social Work (MSW Department), Thrikkakara, held between 13^th and 18^th March 2018.
7. Got selected for the 9^th International Poetry Fest (20-21 September,2016) and poems were published in their Anthology, ‘Poetic Bliss’.
8. Was one of the delegates to take part in the 35^th Annual Conclave of Kerala Management Association (KMA) in 2016 and 2017.
9. Secured First Prize in the Block Level competition of ‘Speak for Kerala’ conducted by Federal Bank in association with Mathruboomi, in December 2015.
