At KPLEX Expo 2025 (IPLEX 25), held from 11–14 September 2025 at the Adlux International Convention & Exhibition Centre, Angamaly, Kochi, students from PGDM B33 and B34 volunteered and gained more than just exposure to industry‑tech.

While helping with event logistics—coordinating schedules, managing stall operations, and supporting exhibitors—they developed practical organisational skills essential for coordinating complex, large‑scale events. In interacting with industry experts, exhibitors, and peers, they built a network of contacts that could serve them in internships, projects, or future careers. Through this blend of organising responsibility and networking opportunity, they not only contributed to the success of the expo, but also grew in confidence, communication, and real‑world readiness.
