The SCMS Cochin School of Business has been conducting the Social Science Research Colloquium since 2019. We focus on the emerging trends in Management Practices. In its fourth edition given the pandemic persistence, SSRC 2022 proposes to focus on the concept of Sustainable Development Goals revisiting the Agenda 2030 ‘People, Planet and Prosperity’.

The Sustainable Development Goals is initiated as a means to achieve universal development in a unique format. Comprehensive and sustainable development focusing on social, economic and environmental aspects of life and living is what is envisioned. The proposed Social Science Research Colloquium 2022(SSRC 2022) is being organized by SCMS Cochin School of Business in collaboration with Kochi Municipal Corporation on 21 and 22nd of April, 2022.

The Pre-conference elite panel discussion will take place today 20.04.2022 from 3:00 PM  to 5:00 PM at the Main Seminar Hall. The Panel will include Ar. S. Gopakumar, (CEO of Kumar Group),  Mr. George M George (Executive Director, Muthoot Group) and Mr. Navas Meeran (CEO, Eastern Condiments). 

The colloquium will be opened by Adv. M Anil Kumar,   Hon’ble Mayor of Kochi Municipal Corporation, tomorrow at 9:30 AM. 

I hope, all of us will utilise this opportunity for maximising learning and developing future research in the domain.
