The vibrant campus of SCMS, Muttom, witnessed a flurry of activities as the prestigious Shikhar International Management Fest 2024 unfolded on the 22nd and 23rd of February. Jointly organized by SCMS Cochin School of Business and SCMS School of Technology and Management, the event showcased the pinnacle of managerial acumen and talent, attracting over 500 participants from more than 30 premier institutions across the country.

With an impressive lineup of 15 events, the fest provided a platform for students to exhibit their skills and compete at the highest level. The events included the ever-popular Best Manager, the Best Management Team, the thrilling 3 * 3 Football, the strategic IPL Auction, and many more, catering to diverse interests and talents. Participants engaged in intense battles of wit and strategy in events such as the Marketing Game, HR Game, Operations Game, and Finance Game, demonstrating their prowess in various domains of management. Meanwhile, the Treasure Hunt and Corporate Walk added an element of adventure and practical application to the fest.Creativity found its expression in the Group Dance, Spot Dance, and Mobile Photography competitions, showcasing the artistic flair of the participants. Additionally, the Business Quiz and Ideathon tested the participants’ knowledge and innovative thinking, adding an intellectual dimension to the fest.

After two days of exhilarating competition, the coveted title of Overall Champions was clinched by CMS Business School, Jain Deemed to be University, Bangalore. Their outstanding performance across multiple events reflected their dedication, skill, and teamwork. The fest concluded on a high note, with participants and organizers alike celebrating the success of another memorable edition of Shikhar. The event not only fostered healthy competition but also provided a platform for networking, learning, and personal growth.
