SCMS Group of Educational Institutions proudly organized its flagship International Management Fest – Shikhar’24 on the 21st and 22nd of November 2024 at the SCMS Muttom Campus, Kochi. Known for its vibrant energy and academic excellence, Shikhar returned this year with greater ambition and impact, bringing together students from top institutions, industry leaders, and young aspiring professionals for two days of learning, collaboration, and celebration.

The prestigious International Management Fest, Shikhar ’24, held on November 21 and 22, 2024, at SCMS Cochin School of Business, was a remarkable showcase of talent and collaboration. The event saw participation from 96 teams across India, competing in a diverse range of management and non-management events. The coveted Overall Championship was won by the students of Sahrdaya College of Advanced Studies, Thrissur. Shikhar ’24 featured an exciting line-up of management and non-management events, catering to diverse interests and skill sets. The management events included competitions like HR Game, Best Manager, Best Management Duo, Business Plan, Finance Game, Management Simulation, and Marketing Game, all designed to test strategic thinking, leadership, and analytical abilities. Complementing these were the non-management events, which added variety and excitement to the fest. Activities such as 3’s Football, Corporate Walk, IPL Auction, Mobile Photography, and Treasure Hunt provided a creative and engaging platform for participants, encouraging teamwork, innovation, and strategic planning in a fun and dynamic environment.
