SCMS Cochin School of Business has been recognized as a Platinum Sustainable Campus Partner under the Bharat Environment Program 2026, organized by the Research Heights Foundation in association with EPTRI. The recognition was awarded for the institution’s active participation in a series of sustainability initiatives conducted during Earth Week (22–29 April 2026).

The activities included the development of a Herbal Garden, an Environmental Awareness Talk, a Water Audit, a Human Chain and Walkathon, a Zero Plastic Initiative, a Newspaper Craft Activity, and a Sustainability Pledge. These initiatives reflected the institution’s commitment to environmental stewardship, community engagement, and sustainable campus practices.

The Platinum recognition is a testament to the collective efforts of our students, faculty, and staff in promoting sustainability and contributing towards a greener future.
