Amidst the breathtaking vistas of Suryanelli, PGDM students embarked on an unforgettable educational odyssey with Kalypso Adventures.  The outdoor team training event held from 21st November 2023 to 25 th November 2023 aimed to foster teamwork, leadership, and personal development among participants. The three-day itinerary included various activities to challenge and strengthen the team dynamics. The event successfully achieved its objectives in promoting team cohesion, leadership skills, and personal growth. Participants engaged actively in the activities, demonstrating resilience, adaptability, and effective communication. The mix of adventure, challenges, and collaborative exercises contributed to a memorable and impactful experience for all involved.  Venturing beyond conventional learning, each challenge became a lesson, each triumph a testament to resilience and unity. These experiences, woven into the fabric of their academic journey, illuminate the profound impact of experiential education.
