Teaching Profile :-
- Prepare and deliver lectures to MBA & MHRM students on subjects belonging to specializations Human Resource Management and Marketing Management. Evaluate and grade students’ class work, assignments, and answer papers. Compile, administer, and grade examinations
- Prepare course materials such as lesson plan, assignments, seminars and handouts, Maintain student attendance records, grades, and other required records.
- Initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions, Motivate and drive students for academic excellence
- Handle administration duties such as management of college events, Inter college fest, serving as batch coordinator, staff secretary, Club In charge & Exam In charge, Act as advisers to student organizations
- Serve on academic or administrative committees that deal with institutional policies, departmental matters, and academic issues, Advise students on academic and vocational curricula, and on career issues
