Gratitude Journaling as a Pedagogical Practice for Self-Reflection and Emotional Awareness  
As part of a reflective pedagogical initiative, students engaged in Gratitude Journaling to explore their thoughts, emotions, experiences, and personal growth through creative daily writing. The activity encouraged students to reflect on meaningful moments, express gratitude, identify sources of happiness, and set personal goals for their future.
Students creatively designed their journals using drawings, colours, stickers, and inspiring quotes, making the learning process both engaging and personal. The initiative promoted self-awareness, emotional expression, mindfulness, positivity, and reflective thinking while helping students recognise the value of everyday experiences and relationships. Overall, the activity served as a meaningful experiential learning practice that supported emotional well-being, creativity, and holistic personal development.
