SCMS Cochin School of Business, in association with IQAC, hosted a guest talk on Lean Management for Batch 33 (PGDM second year students) on 13th August 2025. The session was led by Prof. (Dr.) Govinda Bhat S, QCI-approved Consultant of Lean Manufacturing, who explained Lean principles and tools like 5S, Poka-Yoke, and Jidoka with real-life examples.

The event also marked the launch of the Operations and Analytics Club – “Tech Metrix”, beginning its activities for the year. The interactive session gave students valuable insights into applying Lean practices in modern business management.
