Dr. Lishin M. Joshy, Professor, Department of HR, PGDM, SCMS Cochin School of Business, was a panelist at the International Conference on Contemporary Research in Business Management (ICon 2025), organised by Jansons School of Business and held on 12th and 13th December 2025.

She took part in a panel discussion titled “Doctoral Research in Business Schools: Producing Knowledge or Producing Publications?”, where she shared her views on the direction of doctoral research and the future of business education.

Dr. Joshy also served as a Session Chair for the Paper Presentation Track, guiding discussions and supporting meaningful exchange among researchers.
