Introduced technical analysis in Investment decision making in UTI – 1987-88
Developed and implemented successfully a dBase programme for detailed balance sheet and P&L analysis and corporate results for Investment Department, UTI, Mumbai, to be used for investment recommendations and decisions. This helped in faster decision making (1989-90)
Introduced the concept of “CTC” in Cochin Brach of UTI, where by all jobs received on a day including redemption were cleared on the same day and a “Clean Table” to be carried to the next day (1992-93)
Introduced the system of pre-printed cheques for redemption in UTI, Cochin in 1992-93. Upgraded technology to use the existing data to print redemption cheques, which helped to issue redemption cheques on the same day of receipt. Prior to introduction of this systemcheques used to be issued manually and it took 3-4 days to issue cheques.
